Studio Elma Gift Cards was a collaborative design effort with talented Nicole Budgen who found these original 1959 images for a German Hairdresses' Journal.

 

The Brief:
To create a fun, slightly cheeky gift cards that brings a little ray of positively lovely into your everyday.

 

What We Did:
We used original black and white photos from 1959 Hairdresses' Journal combined with retro colours to make each card stand out on it's own, as well as work well as a set of 4 cards.

 

Materials:
Cards were printed on Ecostar (100%) recycled paper, short run digital. Matching 100% recycled brown envelopes.

 

The Result:
These lovely, striking, retro and fun cards are the perfect card, particularly for women who are into retro garb and hairstyles.
